Video Editing Demo

In celebration of Chuseok, Korean New Year, and to get familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, I filmed and edited a video about our family’s jeon making process. Jeon, or 전, is a Korean dish made with seasoned minced meat and vegetables and coated with flour and egg wash.
